Nicholas Stachnik

I'm Nicholas Stachnik. I was originally born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to sunny Florida when I was nine years old. I am proud to say that I recently became a father to a new puppy, his name is Odin!

After graduation, I knew I wanted to get into a field that allows me the opportunity to help people, which led me to the mortgage industry. There is something special about helping a new client become a homeowner.

The mortgage process can be a little intimidating, especially for first time home buyers. That is why I take pride in customer service and walking my clients step by step from the introduction call to the closing table.
