My name is Jonathan Simpson. I was born in Albany, New York and moved to Tampa Florida when I was five years old. I am married to my beautiful wife Erin, who is an Italian and Irish ball of fire and fun!

After graduating from UCF, I knew I wanted to get into a field that allows me the opportunity to help people, which led me to working for Marriott for 8 years. But that wasn't enough! I wanted to do more! There is something special about helping a new client become a homeowner.

The mortgage process can be a little intimidating, especially for first time home buyers. That is why I take pride in customer service and walking my clients step-by-step from the introduction call to the closing table.
