Christopher Zhang

My name is Christopher Zhang. I’m from Southeast Tennessee and just moved to Florida from Nashville this year. In my spare time, you’ll either see me at my MMA gym, or getting sunburned at the beach. That picture you’re seeing to the right was taken on the one day I didn’t look like a tomato all season!

To me, homeownership is a basic human right. No person, and no family, should be denied a place to call their own because of temporary circumstances, whether those are related to work, credit, or the condition of the market. Fortunately, in my time in this industry I’ve found that any buyer can finance a house that meets their needs if they’re willing to take the right actions.

The home buying process is stressful, and I take great pride in guiding my borrowers through every step. My basic philosophy in business is the same as in my personal relationships – no surprises. I believe open, honest, and frequent communication are key to helping my borrowers succeed.
