I’m Catherine “Cat” Soto and I am a licensed Loan Officer at Society Mortgage.
I was born in Colombia and moved to the states when I was 2. As I got older and watched my parents grow in a new country is where I realized that when I grew up I wanted to join something that made a difference in someone’s life.
I was raised by loving parents who taught me that not everything comes easy in life and even sometimes when we work hard there can be some push backs. In 2019 I knew that I wanted to obtain personal financial freedom and find purpose at the same time, so I became a licensed loan officer and have been growing my career since then. I have had the pleasure of assisting so many different types of people! My clients range from a college graduate who wants to buy their first home, a business owner looking to invest in passive income, and families who want a backyard for their children and fur babies. Not a lot of people can say that they truly love their job and mean it, but I actually love what I do and I find fulfillment helping others and enjoy so much being part of such an important chapter in their lives.
Besides working you can catch me at home raising my beautiful teenager and my dog Rocket. I am a foodie, I love music, and I love exploring new places so you will probably see me enjoying a restaurant or a concert or finding something to do outdoors on my days off. I am a huge fan of the beach; but you must be when you live In the Sunshine State.
