Chad Turner

I was born in Western Pennsylvania and grew up in Columbus, Ohio. I served 2 years in the US Navy before earning a bachelor’s degree from Franklin University. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit and just after graduation started a restaurant delivery service and grocery delivery service that I called Cabbies Downtown Delivery. It was a bit before its time, so after that failed venture I started my own appraisal company. That company would eventually go onto becoming an AMC and was recently sold and still a major player in the AMC world. I got into the mortgage sector a couple years after the appraisal venture.

I moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2006 and have lived and worked downtown ever since. I have a wife, three kids, 2 cats and 2 dogs. For fun, I like to still play basketball, golf and workout. My curiosity always has me trying to absorb as much about relationships and nutrition as I can.
