Hi, I’m Jean-Philippe Lopez, but everyone calls me JP! I started my career at EY, one of the Big 4 accounting firms, where I built a strong foundation in finance. While I enjoyed the work, I realized I was helping corporations more than individuals – and I wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives. That’s why I became a mortgage lender. With my background in accounting, I make the mortgage process simple by breaking down complex financial details into clear, easy-to-understand terms. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, guiding them step by step through one of the most significant purchases of their lives.

My goal is to provide transparency, confidence, and a stress-free experience so my clients feel empowered throughout their home-buying journey.
