Hi, I’m John Meredith a Mortgage Loan Officer passionate about helping people make their dream of homeownership a reality. Born in Ashland, Wisconsin and raised in Northern Illinois, I spent 18 years in the automotive industry mastering sales and finance before finding my true calling in mortgages.

In 2019, my family and I moved to South Florida, and by 2021 I officially began my journey as a loan officer. My clients describe me as fast, transparent, and easy to work with. Whether it’s getting pre-approved the same day or explaining every step to a first-time buyer, I make it my mission to keep the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

I take pride in clear communication, honesty, and making sure my clients feel confident and supported every step of the way. Seeing the excitement at the closing table is what motivates me most! Outside of work, I’m a husband, proud father of two amazing kids, and dog dad to Ruby and Potato.
