David Naimey

Hi, I’m David Naimey. I’m originally from Maine and now live in South Florida with my wonderful wife, Emma, our newborn son, Arthur, and our two lovable dogs: Phil, a rescue pit bull, and Nacho, a spirited Boxer. I’ve been in the mortgage industry since 2013, focusing on helping first-time homebuyers navigate the often overwhelming process of securing a home loan. I take the time to answer all your questions, explain each step in a simple and understandable way, and make sure you’re making a well-informed decision.

As a Loan Officer, I draw on the knowledge and experience I’ve gained from past loans to help current borrowers. For me, success isn’t defined by how many deals I close but by the impact I have on each client. Every person I work with receives my full attention, and I’m committed to making the process as clear and stress-free as possible.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors. I love golfing, spending time by the water, cooking on the BBQ, and cheering on my favorite team, the Florida Panthers.
