Hi, I’m Dylan Montefusco — born and raised in South Florida. After graduating from Florida State University, I spent eight years living between California and Colorado. Once my wife Monica and I welcomed our son, Asher, we decided to return to South Florida to raise him close to our extended family. Over the past ten years, I’ve worked in various areas of the real estate industry — starting in commercial real estate, then transitioning into real estate investing. After stints in tech sales and the travel industry, I realized that my true passion lies in real estate and, more importantly, in helping others. That realization led me to mortgage lending — where I found the perfect way to make a meaningful impact by helping people achieve their dream of homeownership.
