Brian Cole

I’ve been married to my wife, Gina, for 24 years, and we have two children, Grace (20) and Billy (16). I enjoy spending quality time with my family, coaching football at Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland, and doing just about anything outdoors.

I live by a simple but meaningful motto: treat people the way you want to be treated, and always help someone when you have the chance. AMDG.

My primary focus is mortgage lending, but over the years I’ve built and been involved in multiple businesses across several industries, including title insurance, real estate investing, manufacturing, home improvement, and property maintenance and management services.

I entered the mortgage and real estate industry in 1998 after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa–WESTMAR with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Economics. Over my 27-year career, I’ve owned and managed multiple mortgage companies. In 2000, I founded First Nations Mortgage of Ohio, which I later sold in 2011. In 2002, I started Cleveland Home Title, which I’m proud to say is now one of Northeast Ohio’s top-rated title insurance agencies.

In 2013, I founded US Lending Corporation, specializing in residential and commercial lending. Today, I’m proud to serve as a branch partner of Society Mortgage, operating out of Westlake, Ohio, and to be part of a best-in-class organization.

Throughout my career, I’ve remained passionate about real estate investing. Our affiliated companies manage and operate a strong and valuable portfolio, supported by decades of hands-on experience. This allows my team and me to provide our clients with knowledgeable guidance, strategic coaching, and trusted advice in the industry.
